Why won't my online banking let me log in? ›

Ensure you're on the bank's official website, with a secure connection. Check your bank's service status to see if the issue is on its end. Check your login credentials and reset them if you're unsure. Update your browser to benefit from the latest security patches.

You can view and track your transaction history or create a report within StarConnect Plus. You can also download transactions directly into QuickBooks, Quicken, or Money to automatically reconcile your accounts.

Know Your Account Balance

You can access your balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Automated Telephone Banking system. You can check your balances and transfer funds between accounts at no charge. Simply call our Customer Service Department at (800) 848-1088 to use our automated system.

Download the mobile app to your device to deposit checks anywhere at any time. With our optional Bill Pay service, you can pay recurring or one-time bills in the amounts and on the dates you request and even receive bills via e-mail.

Make sure you have cleared temporary internet files and cookies and your browser has extensions and add-ons disabled. If needed, also try restarting your device and router, and try a wired connection.

Through Net Banking

To use this feature, go to the relevant bank's official website on your phone and log in. If this is your first visit, you must first register by clicking on the 'register' or 'first time user' tabs. Enter your account number, cell phone number, email address, debit card number, and CVV number.

Funds transfers completed through the System before the 6:00 P.M. cut-off time are posted to your Account the same business day. Transfers completed after our cut-off time on any business day, or on Saturday, Sunday or banking holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Regular Checking

A non-interest bearing checking account for personal use, with no service charges and no transaction limits. You must deposit $100.00 to open this account, unless the account holder is under 18 years of age. There are no minimum balance requirements.

Common reasons consumers are turned down for a bank account include a history of overdrafts, unpaid bank fees or suspected fraud. Applications can also be denied due to mistakes on one's checking account report. If you've been denied a bank account, ask the bank why this happened.

Bank accounts are typically frozen for suspected illegal activity, a creditor seeking payment, or by government request. A frozen account may also be a sign that you've been a victim of identity theft. Each situation requires specific actions to unfreeze the account.

The error message “Account Temporarily Unavailable” could mean there is a connection issue or the site has been taken down for maintenance. If you close the site and reopen it the message will usually go away, and you can continue with your transaction.

Some of the most common reasons include illegal activity, a court order for unpaid debts or taxes, a clerical error, or because the bank suspects a criminal gained access to your personal information. It can be frustrating to be locked out of your finances without knowing why.
